Rebrand
NourishPHX
Nourish Phoenix came to Blaze with a complex problem. They had a 20-year brand with an acronym no one remembered for a name, and longevity as its only pillar.
This 360º Brand was a collaborative effort between the Executive Director, the Board, the staff, and select volunteers, all focused on breathing new life into this food bank as it pursued a new vision of being a hub of hope for those struggling with food insecurities.
Since its rebrand, NourishPHX is closer than ever to realizing its dream of bringing choice—a grocery shopping experience—to its clients, supporting their pillar of dignity. All this is evident in the tagline, “you matter.”

NourishPHX Brand Promise
We promise to be the quiet in the storm of fear and insecurity around meeting basic human needs in Central Phoenix.
We are committed to listening with kind, open-minded curiosity while responding with respect and positivity because you matter.
Nourish Phoenix Brand Story
The working poor in Central Phoenix may be less vulnerable than before as they have access to more resources.
Yes, we nurture families by alleviating immediate hunger, clothing, and toiletry needs and now, we also provide education and community resources to help them become self-sufficient.
These additional programs were developed out of curiosity and thoughtful intention and depend upon generosity to grow. We are hopeful we can continue them with compassion and courtesy, nourishing minds as well as bodies.
Please help us empower individuals and families to lead healthy lives as self-reliant members of our community, able to meet their own basic needs, regardless of their situation because they matter.
Your time matters.
Your money matters.
You matter.
